This week has been so great! Monday I got my acceptance letter into BYU Jerusalem Center for winter semester!!!!! :D They said I have initial placement, but I still have to have an interview before I know 100% for sure I guess..? So I applied for my passport today and mailed in the first packet the Jerusalem Center wanted back before the interview. I'm just SO excited! Anna is home for a little and she's been telling me all about the things I'm going to get to do, the people I'll meet, the things I'll get to see!! :) January 4th we fly out of SLC!
Yesterday, Kaelee Toth had her bridal shower. She's been engaged for about two weeks now I think, and the wedding is September 18th in Idaho Falls! VERY exciting :D A bunch of people came (someone announced it in relief society hahahaha) and Kaelee got SO many gifts. Ms. Conant, Nowling and I three-wayed the price of a cute, tasteful little piece of lingerie for the soon-to-be Mrs. :)
Today Mary, Erick, Anna, Shea, Trevor, Russell, Allison and I played on the lake :D It was very, very fun. Erick drove the boat and kept knocking the people on the tube off. Trevor bite his lip so hard- he bit like half an inch down at an angle into his lower lip...eewwww! It looked super painful. For dinner we had, loosely said, Mexican food :P tortillas and whatever you want on 'em!!
Lastly. I miss Hawaii. I miss it so. I miss the smell of the ocean and the aloha of the people. I miss the brilliance of the professors and the ubiquitary spirit around campus. I get to go back in 17 days!! I'm more excited to get back there than I know how to convey with words!!! :D
